Last Updated: January 14, 2026

Applies to: Black Researcher (app.blackresearcher.com)

Black Researcher (“the App”) is a professional community platform designed exclusively for adults ages 18 and older to collaborate on research, civic engagement, and community campaigns. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and harm-free environment for all users.

1. Explicit Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

Black Researcher strictly prohibits all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creation, possession, distribution, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

  • Any sexualized communication or solicitation involving individuals under 18

  • Attempts to use the platform to contact, groom, or exploit minors

  • Any content, behavior, or activity that threatens the safety or well-being of a minor

Zero tolerance: Any user, content, or account engaged in CSAE-related activity will be immediately removed and may be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement agencies.

2. Adult-Only Platform

Black Researcher is intended solely for adults (18+).

To help maintain compliance:

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any features of the App.

  • Any attempt by a minor to access or participate in the platform is prohibited.

  • Users found misrepresenting their age or facilitating access for minors will be removed.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not post, upload, share, or engage in:

  • Sexual content involving minors in any form

  • Research, data collection, or community activities that exploit or endanger minors

  • Images, stories, or descriptions that sexualize a person under 18

  • Requests for personal data from minors

Content that depicts minors in non-sexual contexts is allowed only if it does not violate safety standards and is relevant to legitimate research, evaluation, or community projects.

We take safety seriously and encourage users to report anything suspicious or harmful.

Users can report violations through:
